Notice of Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau on Issuing the Implementing Rules for Shenyang Technology - contract Subsidies
"Application Form for Shenyang Technology - contract Subsidies" (see attached table);
The text of the technology contract recognized and registered in the previous year;
Receipts for actual technology transactions of the technology contract, bank deposit slips and accounting vouchers;
A photocopy of the business license;
"Letter of Commitment on Integrity for Applying for Technology - contract Subsidies".
Chapter IV Organization and ImplementationArticle 6 The science and technology management departments of the districts, counties (cities) are responsible for organizing the application for technology - contract subsidies. Applications shall be submitted uniformly through the Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Management Platform (http://kjj.shenyang.gov.cn). These departments shall conduct preliminary reviews and summaries of the application materials and then submit them to the Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau.Article 7 The Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau will organize experts or entrust intermediary agencies to review the submitted materials.Article 8 The Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau will determine the amount of subsidy funds based on the review opinions. The funds will be disbursed from the Shenyang Science and Technology Innovation Special Funds and implemented in accordance with relevant management measures.Chapter V Management and SupervisionArticle 9 The technology - contract subsidy funds are mainly used for rewarding the research team members or for the R & D investment of the research team.Article 10 For acts of false reporting, withholding, misappropriating, or embezzling subsidy funds and other violations of discipline and laws, in addition to recovering the funds, the relevant policy subsidies will not be accepted for application within three years, and the project units and relevant personnel will be held accountable in accordance with the law.Chapter VI Supplementary ProvisionsArticle 11 The Shenyang Science and Technology Bureau is responsible for the interpretation of these rules.Article 12 These rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
