In recent years, a series of favorable policies for teachers have been introduced one after another, effectively safeguarding the rights, interests, and treatment of the teaching staff and revitalizing the "dignity of the teaching profession."

The establishment of teacher positions is an important factor attracting many people to engage in the education industry and is also regarded as an important means of protecting teachers' rights and interests. However, at present, some teachers still have "no positions available for entry." In response to this situation, in recent years, many places have increased the overall allocation of teaching staff positions and the adjustment within the city, giving priority to the primary and secondary school teaching staff. At the same time, attempts have been made to dynamically adjust the establishment, improve the "circulating pool" system of public institution positions, ease the contradiction in the use of positions, and effectively solve the problem of the shortage of teaching staff in primary and secondary schools. In addition, regarding teacher subsidies, Song Jiale, the secretary-general of the China Teachers Development Foundation, recently introduced that this year, the China Teachers Development Foundation, in cooperation with the China Education Development Foundation, allocated 625 million yuan from the public welfare education assistance project to implement the Ligeng Plan, providing financial aid to kindergarten, primary and secondary school (including secondary vocational schools) teachers with financial difficulties in the central and western regions. The subsidy standard is 10,000 - 50,000 yuan per person. Teachers with particularly difficult family finances, as well as those who have been seriously injured, disabled, or even sacrificed in acts of courage such as protecting property and teachers and students from illegal infringement, will be subsidized according to the standard of 20,000 - 50,000 yuan (not exceeding 4% of the total number of subsidized people). In addition, teachers also have exclusive training - the "National Training Plan," which is specifically for training backbone teachers, school principals, etc. in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens. According to the Ministry of Education, since the implementation of the "National Training Plan" in 2010, more than 17 million teachers and school principals have been trained, and the finance has invested a total of 20.3 billion yuan in the "National Training Plan." During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the "National Training Plan" will support the training of rural backbone teachers and school principals in underdeveloped regions in the central and western regions, with a plan to train no less than 4 million teachers and school principals.
