From November 16 to 21, 2015, under the organizational leadership of the Liaoning Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, Shenyang Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, Tieling Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, and the Science and Technology Bureau, our company participated in the "17th China Hi-Tech Fair" (Shenzhen).
At 10 a.m. on the 16th, following a stirring opening short film, the 17th China Hi-Tech Fair held a brief opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Xu Qin, Director of the China Hi-Tech Fair Organizing Committee and Mayor of Shenzhen, with speeches delivered by Ma Xingrui, Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, and Tong Daochi, Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Commerce and member of the Party Group. Finally, Hu Chunhua, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, Zhou Ji, President of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and CAE Member, and Zhu Xiaodan, Deputy Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and Governor, jointly lit up the technology cube to kick off the China Hi-Tech Fair.
Themed "Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Cross-Industry Integration", this year's High-Tech Fair covered a total exhibition area of 150,000 square meters. It featured 128 delegations from 28 countries and regions, 3,686 exhibitors, and 16,825 projects participating in display, trading, and negotiation. A total of 583,000 visitors from 90 countries and regions attended the main venue and sub-venues. Additionally, 1,496 journalists from 214 domestic and overseas media outlets participated in the coverage of this year's High-Tech Fair. The main characteristics of the event were closely tied to innovation and development, showcasing new achievements driven by innovation; promoting innovation and entrepreneurship, stimulating new momentum for economic development; highlighting cross-industry integration, catalyzing new business forms for integrated development; focusing on open innovation, expanding new spaces for open cooperation; and optimizing exhibition services, exploring new directions for innovative exhibition organization.
This year's High-Tech Fair has added a "the Belt and Road" special pavilion, a special pavilion for Industry and Information Technology Internet plus, an aerospace technology exhibition, and a maker exhibition area, based on the existing exhibitions of national high-tech achievements, provincial, municipal, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan high-tech achievements, university high-tech achievements, foreign group exhibition areas, information technology and product exhibitions, energy conservation and environmental protection exhibitions, new energy exhibitions, smart city exhibitions, electronics exhibitions, optoelectronic display and touch exhibitions, entrepreneurship and investment service zones, and talent high-tech fairs. For the first time, unmanned system sub-venues and robot sub-venues were set up at the Shenzhen Universiade Center and the Civic Center respectively.

- Co - establish the "Urban Low - Impact Development Engineering Technology Center" with Shenzhen Zhongbang Group. The focus of technical cooperation is on "seepage irrigation technology, product development, promotion and application". This company is currently engaged in "integration of water and fertilizer", "development and utilization of wasteland resources", "sewage treatment", "anaerobic pyrolysis of solid waste" and "green building construction technology", etc. At present, both sides are in the stage of formulating cooperation implementation plans respectively.
- Co - build a production factory of "electromagnetic wave absorption board" with South Korea's WITH YOU TECH company, aiming to produce and promote its industrialized and commercialized technical products in China. The other party will invest in technology and production equipment (lines), while our side will invest in site and working capital.
- Jointly develop and promote the technical products (such as glue injection, printing, etc.) of the "fluid precise filling system" with Germany's ViscoTec company. Our side is responsible for the development of technical application fields, and the other party provides technology and products.
- Liaoning Huizhi Technology Co., Ltd. entrusts or jointly develops 3D printing materials, aiming to develop 3D printing materials (the existing variety of materials is limited), such as developing aluminum alloy, etc.
- Liaoning Falcon Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. entrusts or jointly improves the composite materials of unmanned aerial vehicles, aiming to improve the specific strength (lightweight) of the materials of unmanned aerial vehicle bodies.
- The new polymer magnet material from Russia's Ural Federal University has a magnetic force between NdFeB permanent magnet N40 - N55. Its characteristic is to solve the brittleness problem of NdFeB permanent magnet. This material has significant military applications, and our company will take it as an important development topic in the future.
