The Liaoning Meteorological Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning Center issued a cold wave blue warning signal at 7:54 on October 10, 2021. It is expected that from the 10th to the 11th, the temperature in Fushun, Benxi, Liaoyang, and Tieling areas will drop by 8℃ - 10℃. In the morning of the 11th, the temperature in the above - mentioned areas will reach 2℃ - 4℃, and the temperature in the northeastern mountainous areas will reach 0℃ - 1℃. There will be a northerly wind of grade 4 - 5 in Tieling area, and a northerly wind of grade 3 - 4 in Fushun, Benxi, and Liaoyang areas. Please take precautions.
