Rubber lining is to line metal equipment with required rubber sheets, and form a cured (vulcanized) rubber layer through steam vulcanization.
It separates the corrosive medium from the metal surface to provide corrosion protection, and can resist common non-oxidizing strong acids, organic acids, alkaline solutions or salt solutions.
Main performance and technical indicators exceed the requirements of
GB/T 18241.5-2015 Rubber linings - Part 5: High-temperature resistant anti-corrosion linings.


The greatest advantage of rubber lining is that it makes up for the deficiency of metal deformation caused by internal stress. It also has the advantages of no delamination and strong adhesion, making it an indispensable anti-corrosion lining in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, non-ferrous metallurgy, and food processing. Due to its strong acid resistance and easy constructability, it is suitable for the lining of various equipment or components such as reactors, reaction towers, storage tanks, stirring paddles, blowers, centrifuges, and tank trucks.
However, the bottleneck restricting its large-scale application is poor high-temperature resistance. On the basis of the original performance, the high-temperature resistant rubber anti-corrosion lining developed by our company has a heat resistance temperature exceeding 130℃.
